I’ve never appreciated those wheels but they look good there. Really good with that colour.

I generally don’t pay attention to the wheels, but these caught my eye. And there more I looked at them, the more I liked them. Note that it has a Euro plate. It had a USA sticker on it, though. Harker Heights is near Killeen, TX, where you find Fort Hood , home of the 1st Cavalry Division. Lots of out of state plates around there, as you might imagine.

Those look like “US soldier stationed in Germany” plates, no? Can’t tell if it’s a Euro or US market car, but it’s gorgeous nonetheless! Perfect lighting for that color.

It was a Euro (NATO?) plate with a USA sticker on it. It looked like this:
Found this on the web :
2011 onwards shipping plate.
German civilian plates have to be surrendered to the German authorities before a vehicle is shipped back to the US. Since 2010 such vehicles are issued with temporary plates in the style described above starting with the letters QQ (previously SH was used). In 2011 the authority sticker was abandonned in favor of bigger letters USA in the blue band.

You were clearly tempted.
These are style “666" wheels.
